I FEEL YOU TOOK THE VERY LAST PART OF HIS LIFE ALREADY HE HAS TO LIVE WITHOUT HIS WIFE. DISRESPECT UPON MY MOTHER WHOM PASSED IN NOVEMBER TO GIVE MY SON POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER HER. SHE PASSED AWAY NOVEMBER 3RD AND HE STILL HAS POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER MY MOTHER. GREED WILL PRECEED IN GREEDY PEOPLE. I ALWAYS BELIEVED MONEY IS THE ROOT TO ALL EVIL!!!!! Too add I know that for a fact when I have Guardian conservator and evertything .. Family trust we did together in 1997 over both my parents that that can not be changed. That's what upsetting to my Father. But nothing I can do now. And it's not even over money. Sorry didn't mean to put your business down.

He didn't show up for a Landlord/Tennant case. He sent another attorney that wasn't prepared and had no knowledge of the case.

I had to file a Chapter 13 due having to take time off work and because of unexpected medical bills. I called around to a few attorney's to see what their prices were for filing and to see what they would recommend that I do. Mr. Clark was the only one that did not seem rushed while on the phone with me. He made sure he answered every question I had and explained everything in detail so I would understand the process. I chose to retain Mr. Clark for that exact reason, he really seemed to care about my situation in general and making sure I knew how we were going to get through it all. Any time I called his office his staff was always really nice and helpful. No one seemed rushed or inconvenienced by my call. His office was able to take one of the most stressful periods in my life and help me keep my home which I am forever grateful for.

Richard Clark and his staff were great when I hired them to help me with my bankruptcy.
