Unprofessional thieves never trust them

I was a bit hesitant because I was located in New York and felt maybe it was easier to go thru a local lawyer instead. But I read the reviews and took a leap of faith. I have been in the SSDI process for 2 years and I was assigned Ms. Jennifer McGregor. She was able to retrieve all my medical paperwork and made sure I kept up with my medical visits on a regular basis. At first I was denied and I was able to appeal the decision. Then 2 years later when I had my hearing, Mr Korby flew to NY from Michigan to represent me. He was very prepared and knew my case well. I was able to win my case thanks to the Whiting Law Firm. Thank you for being trustworthy.

My advice is to Run as far away from this Law Firm as humanly possible. They do not work on behalf of their clients. They work against you! They do not have your best interests at heart. Whiting Law is a Completely Crooked Corrupt company an so are their Owners. They do not have good business ethics.They Feed All Lies just to get you in there. I had such a Bad experience with this Law Firm an I wouldn't recommend them at all.

They are very unprofessional, unmotivated, unclear and lack communication.
The only way to get in touch with anyone is to constantly call and leave voicemails or told someone will be returning the call.

Only reviews so far I seen that are positive are from the UNseasoned chicken variety.

Will definitely NOT be referred to any entity.

Fantastic help with my legal issues and got me 3x more than expected from my settlement - constant updates. True warriors in the law field. Made everything so simple for me. A few signatures and interviews and everything else was on auto-pilot while they work their butts off in the background. Worth the 30%.

Very rude people

I am very disappointed in this law firm. I have spoken with a couple of different attorney's about Social Security or Disability benefits. I was referred to this law firm and was thoroughly given the run around. The individual I spoke with whose first name begins with "A" was not personable, and lacked compassion. When discussing the necessary requirements I was not given a compassionate nor thorough explanation about options for another path I could take. The tone was condescending instead of helpful. There MAY have been some other options he could have provided me with (he alluded to that in our conversation) but he continued to repeat the qualifications for my current situation, when asked for clarification, he only repeated what he said. To top off this disaster of an experience I got "have a nice day." WT@??? I couldn't believe it. Mind you those other attorneys I've spoken to actual said there is a chance for me to receive benefits, so what was he talking about? I'd proceed with caution, we are talking about people's livelihood here. Last time I checked most people do not want to be disabled.

Worst law firm!

This offensive abominable firm is straight garbage. They will be out of business within a few years. Many bad reviews on this place. I can see why. I tried calling about my accident and whoever Ms Cohen is she was very disrespectful, racist and was using vulgar language towards me. I took my case somewhere else. So many better firms out there people. Don’t work this firm!

settlement number changed 2 or 3 times
paying bills that already paid full trying to get breakdown on the bills no answer..
and he asked me to remove the first review and he will give couple hundred dollars.. long short story i dont call ths place a law firm i dont know what to call it but 100% sure not a law firm... they should a least respect clients and answer questions and reply to emails and voice mail...and keep it in mind most of the 5 star review are people work with him

When I first called you, after having choked in front of the ALJ, I felt like a leaf in the wind. Turns out..that call was my saving grace, my case was accepted and my file given over to Ms. Klemmer who was admirable in shepherding me through a complicated and often confusing process.
Her kindness and empathy in restoring my self confidence and preparing me to face the ALJ a second time cannot be understated.
Furthermore when SSI/SSDI wasn't processing my back pay she slid her iron fist into a velvet glove and firmly but respectfully prodded the system into releasing my funds. She's been invaluable and with me as a loyal ally all the way.

they dont deserve the 1 star..im supposed to get phone call to get my case setup..and last time i called the lady had a bad attitude + they have to many baby stories

They made sure I was taken care of medically and physically through busy work schedules I would say they did a good job. I'm thankful to know I was in good hands and the lawyers did an outstanding job. The only thing I wish is that I got to speak with my lawyer sooner.

Well this place royally screwed me over. I listened to them now I have nothing and can't see my doctor with out paying 600 right away because they said I should wait. Thanks guys.

You would think that for professional attorney's that would be professional..... That is NOT the case here. They lack communication and work against the people who they are defending. I worked with this firm for the last 2 years on a case for my mother and never once spoke to the lawyer, I could only speak to the paralegal who was clueless! To make matters worse the paralegal never once called me. I always had to initiate contact first and still would have to call multiple times to get a answer. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT let this firm handle your case! You will regret it. I do!
