He’s one hell of a lawyer! I was driving through the area from out of state (I was not familiar with the local speed limits) and got pulled over for speeding. The cop who ticketed me literally said “you almost blew the doors off my car when you passed me!” (He wasn’t kidding).
It would have been an 8 point violation in NY
and worse when it got reported to my state.
John talked the prosecutor into reducing it to a PARKING TICKET!!!!!

Mr. Nelson is a Phenominal attourney, he represented me in a very delicate case with multiple charges. My situation was not very good and i was currently on probation for prior charges that were irrelevant to my case with him. However with being charged with a DUI while being on probation is an obvious violation of probation. I have never had a lawer that was so interested and dedicated to his cliets and genuinely cared about the well being of his clients.
