Poor communication and very conflicting answers when ever I had a question.

Ask lots of questions. Does not volunteer info. Great help tho when needed

I have had many real estate closing and a few other transaction with Brian and he does a good job in a timely manner. His secretary Michelle is very attentive to your needs and concerns on real estate. Sue also is available for questions. Brian is in his office most days by 6 am , to start his work day. That makes it nice if you are an early riser.
