Mike got my 4 point following too closely ticket reduced to a 0 point fine. I am a grad student new to Ithaca and was unaware of what the ticket would do to my insurance, driving record, etc. I had one call with Mike, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the possible outcomes.
After the initial phone call, I was able to do everything else by email.

Wonderful experience! After a speeding ticket was issued I contacted them, and Larry promptly responded. Rather than making it.seem like I had to go through them, he advised me of a program I could enroll in myself through the county, and told me the cost if I did want their help with the diy program or another route. When I called and asked about a few traffic violations they gave me a Scare Sales tactic, created massive amounts of worry and doubt beyond my original worst case ideas. I emailed Newman & Cyr regarding a previous DWAI. My career regularly requires extensive background checks and fingerprint based background checks which may reveal a past DWAI.
