Last year I was charged with a dwi.Afterwards I had a ton of regret,and I was scared,nervous,and embarrassed,because I was never arrested,let alone had a record in my entire life. Mr. Ribarovski hadled my DWI case last year (this was my 2nd, and 2nd in 5 years to add to the mess). In his free consultation, he laid everything out for me very throughly, politele and professionally and with realistic expectations. He gave the "best case/worst case/ and probably what's going to happen for the most part case" sceneries which was refreshing after my meeting wIth another lawyer (happens to be across the hall from him) whom made me feel stupid for asking questions and spoke to me in a condescending and demeaning tone. He also gave a very fair rate to handle my case and allowed me to break up the payment with an initial down payment which was extremely helpful! His VERY knowledgeable paralegal Ed was ALWAYS there (and still is) to answer questions during regular business hours and and only an email away on the weekends. He was so helpful and supportive with a great sense of humor to make the stress not so bad sometimes. Highly recommended!!
...Oh and on my case I got the "probably what's going to happen" outcome but I feel that the laws are so strict now with DWI that Mr. Ribarovski's hands were tied with no negotiations possible on many things. It definitely still is a HUGE benefit to have knowledgeable council on your side guiding you through during your case!

Says he knows how to handle SSDI cases but has no idea what he is doing. Came to the appeal hearing with a quickly scribbled note on a notepad and had a lost look on his face the entire time. After waiting 2 1\2 yrs for the appeal hearing he didn't get updated medical records for the Administrative Law Judge and said I was supposed to do that even thou I gave him all of my doctors information - phone numbers - fax numbers. Luckily the judge granted me a 30day extension. I paid for all the records myself and contacted all the doctors myself. Then when I asked for copies of those said files he said he couldn't mail them because it would cost him too much. So sent my boyfriend to pick them up but no copies were waiting for pick up then the next day they still weren't ready for pick up. Then when I contacted Robert asking what was going on he proceeded to yell at me over the phone. Needless to say I fired him and told him to mail me my entire file now.

Ed Vergara has been extremely effective in lessening the impact of three tickets my family members received in upstate NY (over the last several years.) He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and very responsive and it was great not having to deal with the Court or the DA. I suggest you give him a call.

Robert is a great attorney. He was very involved in my case. Not to mention his reasonable prices compared to other attorneys. If you have any question his paralegal Ed is quick to get back to you and might I add that his occasional jokes help take the edge off your case. If these are characteristics that your looking for in a attorney then Robert Ribarovski is your guy. :)
