Mr. J. Kehoe, Esq., gave me very good advice about how to update a deed of part of a house I inherited, but then when he made a copy of the deed, he forgot to give me back the second page, and I caught that, and he did not seem to care much that he did that. That caused me to worry that he would lose my personal papers in copy machines, etc. Since he charges $200.00 per hour, I thought that was an overprice for having to worry about the possibility of important papers with personal information possibly lost somewhere. So, I just did the 1/2 hour consultation.
