Hard to find but do good work

First time and last. I dropped off a print job on a Wednesday, expecting next day service. On Friday I received an e-mail, 'I've been terribly busy this week, will be in touch on Monday. Ten days later I went to your store after hearing nothing. Nothing was done. No proposed first print, nothing. What a job your ads are on the radio....I might even file a false advertising claim with the FCC.

Way overpriced!
