i used another law firm in the past, although the results were ok it was brutal getting ahold of anyone when you had any questions in a timely manner. also things were not explained real well, not so with Ray, he talked in easy to understand layman terms and always someone to talk to in a pinch. would definitely recommend. Update 2/5/20 I had a long dormant 20 yr old WC case that I needed help with along with my current issues and Ray took care of the that one with the same tenacity as the others and achieved a good result that I thought was lost forever. Every one at the firm was very attentive to all of my needs. Its not easy for them to fight the nasty, uncaring workers at the New York State Insurance Fund.
