I highly recommend this law firm - results were far beyond what I had been told was possible by other DUI lawyers.

After blowing a .09 at a DUI checkpoint, I found myself in a precarious legal situation because I had been convicted of DWAI in 2013, just within 5 years of the second arrest. Given this, two lawyers I had spoken to essentially told me I was SOL due to the prior conviction. By the time Joe took on my case, I had accepted that I would have a criminal record, in addition to losing my license with no opportunity for a conditional or hardship license for work.

To my utter disbelief, Joe not only managed to get the DUI charge reduced to DWAI, but also finagled a deal where I could maintain my full driving privileges until our next court appearance two months later so I could finish out the remainder of my contractual job.

This was beyond what I thought possible since I had a prior conviction, especially when two other DUI lawyers told me my case was relatively hopeless. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me, my case, my job and my life, and will confidently say there is no better lawyer than Joe Gerstenzang if you find yourself with a DUI.

Thanks to their skill and reputation, the result arrived at in my case could not have been any better. This was achieved prior to having to go to trial. I was apprised, informed and counseled throughout the entire process by the attorney handling my case, Joe Gerstenzang.

As we all know life situations happen and I've found myself with 3 DWI's within 25 years. Wow where do I start I guess this is how my story went. I'm a 41 year old man who was at the end of his rope and was ready to throw it all in for a different hand till a friend of mine recommended Peter and his firm.
