After years of procrastination, my wife and I finally began to research and gather information about establishing a Living Trust. We also had not yet even made out a Will or Advanced Health Care Directives, and had a lot of questions. We had heard good things about Unsworth LaPlante and decided to attend one of their estate planning seminars. The presentation, given by Geoffrey Rafalik, was clear and concise, and the sometimes more complicated legal material made easily understandable via several illustrative real-life scenarios. However, what impressed me the most was not only Mr. Rafalik's total command of the facts and details of estate planning and associated laws, but also his unhesitating answers to the various questions asked, and in his ability to immediately address each of the particular circumstances posed by members of the audience. When we began our meetings with Mr. Rafalik, these initial impressions were completely borne out. Throughout the planning process, there has not been a moment when we did not feel we were being guided by an extremely competent expert in his field. That he is also friendly, courteous, and patient made this important, and at times emotional, process as comfortable for us as it could be.

I had been considering several different legal groups for estate planning and had attended several introductory seminars offered by different firms before I decided to proceed with Unsworth LaPlante.
