Extremely sloppy & missed an important deadline that cost me $2000! I would not recommend using Mr. Rosenstein.

You deserve a better lawyer! This was the only negative in what was a wonderful process. Only paperwork was competed by his office and even that almost cost more me money at closing. No strategy for how to resolve my concerns with seller. Total lack of communication with customer and within their office. Be aware!
