Not helpful

They don't even answer during the times to apply for legal aid. You hold for 7 minutes and then when it sounds like you're being connected to someone it just rings and rings and rings and for 7 more minutes, just to see what would happen, it continued. This "community organization" doesn't seem to care enough to answer calls during the stated intake hours but their website sure asks for donations on every page to help them. They make it so easy to give them a handout, they even provide the Developmental Director's Phone number! The service sucks and in reality this is yet another non-profit that profits!

Have waited over 30 minutes to talk to a living person about applying for legal aid and then was cut off.
Absolutely impossible to get help and it's not even for myself.

I contacted my representative as well.
