Stay away! If you are seeking an attorney whose is respectful and actually listens to circumstances, Michael and his awful assistant are not it! He also doesn't return calls or messages until prompted by another attorney and his callous nature should be the first sign to seek help elsewhere.
What is truly surprising is the fact that his practice centers around dealing with the elderly where compassion and understanding are paramount.

Good evening, I usually do not write reviews but consider them when making a decision. My family and I were in need of legal assistance, and this firm was utterly inappropriate. To be exact, the social worker Jill Turati , was rude, incompetent, and disclosed information, let me mention we never spoke to the actual attorney and did not hire them.

I must say, I know many families and individuals who are in desperate need of legal assistance, and I need to advocate not to seek Michael Hooker. Before even speaking with him, you will encounter with Jill Turati who is an inconsiderable and gruesome person. Not to mention she will gather your information and inappropriately use it.

I understand review sometimes are looked over, but if you need legal help seek elsewhere, find a lawyer who will speak to you directly and a social worker who is compassionate, and if the firm cannot take the case, then be truthful and kind.
