I had a fall on ice at my place of employment in January of 2018. I had a crushed disc in my neck which required surgery. They will work pretty hard for you to make sure you get what they think the maximum could be , But don't expect them to coach you or help you with suggestions on how you could get the largest settlement. With that the kind of leave you on your own to choose treatments and what not. But they are consistent and I know at least 4 people that have used them and been moderately happy with their settlement.
