I was trying to reach an operator and for a 17 minutes nobody came to the phone.
Why to keep the operator ???????

RUDE!!! First call of contact and I was immediate hung up on!!!! Second call and I am placed on hold for 30 minutes!!!!! and then the phone disconnects again!!!!! Calling for a corporate folio has never been this discouraging.
