My family has used Attorney Joseph R. Jenkins Law practice for the last 20 years for real estate and family estate planning. Attorney Jenkins and his team are wonderful to work with and always very flexible. I highly recommend his office and team - they are the best!

I do not recommend. On the day of closing he told us he would hold back a large sum of money since we didn't provide a copy of the building permit. He did not ask for it prior. It is not standard practice in this area to provide the building permit with out the attorney asking. Then we agreed to let Attorney Jenkins hold a smaller sum of money until he received the building permit. We sent him the permit and then he wouldn't release the money until he received the original permit. All of this should of been communicated up front.
