Review: I do not recommend. On the day of closing he told us he would hold back a large sum of money since we didn't provide a copy of the building permit. He did not ask for it prior. It is not standard practice in this area to provide the building permit with out the attorney asking. Then we agreed to let Attorney Jenkins hold a smaller sum of money until he received the building permit.
