I approached this firm about a half a year ago and spoke with Emily Shack Esq. about my filing for social security disability. She told me to give it a go by myself and come back if they decline me. When I called her back after I got a decline from SSI, she did not want to take my case because I am not an easy case. I do have 20 years of doctor's visits in this country to substantiate my case and illness, but I could clearly see that Emily did not want to put any effort in helping me, but was just looking for easy money. I can definitely not recommend her nor this law firm for lack of enthusiasm and also lack of knowledge about various illnesses. If you have specific illnesses, look for an attorney with experience with those, and someone who really wants to help, and not just take the easy cases.

Someone pulled out in front of me while I was riding my motorcycle. The medical bills from that were around $300,000. Marcy Middleton and the rest of her team at Shlesinger and deVilleneuve fought hard for me, working with each of the many care providers and was able to completely relieve me of all debts pertaining to the accident. That was such a huge relief because the billing offices for the providers were very aggressive about collecting payments, and my PIP insurance money had long since been exhausted, before I even got on my life-flight. Imagine how surprised I was when after Marcy paid all my bills in full, she said she'd be mailing me a HUGE check to do with whatever I wanted. I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone who's been injured like I was, and needs help with debt relief. Absolutely amazing.
