The receptionist was very helpful and took down my information right away. I was called back by Mr. Messenger within a few hours. Update: No one ever sent me a packet to fill out and I'm very disapointed with the follow up of this practice.

Liz is VERY rude and unprofessional. I work with attorneys all the time and I have never spoke to someone so rude and unprofessional. (This was not a personal call, it was business) If I could rate less than one star I would.
All I did was call and inquire about being represented for a car accident related injury. The assistant was rude and judgmental. I would give less than one star if I could.
