Mr. Donahue took on a very tough felony DUII and assault 3 charge for me, a California resident, in the small town of Lakeview OR. We had to take the case all the way to trial and Bryan Donahue was an absolute shark in the courtroom. Not only did he win my case, he was able to get the charges dropped with prejudice so these charges can't be tried again. I'm not just satisfied with Bryan as an attorney, I'm overjoyed with what he was able to do for me. If you are in need of defense on DUII I would highly recommend Mr. Bryan Donahue for counsel.

Do not hire this firm. Donahue is a hack! He said I would have to spend days in jail and pay a fine and do probation. My judgement was a dismissal of the worst charge, a reduction of the second charge to a non-criminal charge, no probation and no community service. I did pay a fine for a county ordinance violation but a far reach from what my $3000 retainer was going to get me through him......I represented myself. This lawyer is untrustworthy. Look elsewhere
PS. Except for one other than mine, the rest of the reviews are ALL FIVE STARS....?? This should be a big red flag to all who read these!!

Update: Ladies and Gentleman, please take note as to the response by The Donahue Group. They know full well who I am. How many law firms get fired and the defendant goes Pro Per, self represented?? This is the kind of occurrence that in a community this small does not go unnoticed. Dont kid yourself, every other law firm knows who I am.
The point I want to impress upon you is the eagerness the Donahue group would go to lie to YOU and deny any knowledge of me. Right there, that in itself is a reason NOT to trust this firm.
There are some very honest and hardworking lawyers out there. These are just not some of them.

The phone interview was the decision! Bryan is a good man. He never makes you feel, like you are to be ashamed for what happened. He is honest, and truthfull. He tells you like it is.
