Tery is a godsend at a time when you need it most! I called a few attorneys to get quotes on preparing a probate case for my late father's estate. Not one of them would provide a quote and on top of that charged me for the consultation call. I called Tery and was relieved to have someone actually guide me through the process and get all the docs done for a very reasonable fee. There are probably complicated estates that may require an attorney, but for a simple probate case, you just need to call Tery!

My experience with Tery was awesome. She is a very detailed professional who does what she says she is going to do. Every piece of documentation was correct. She took extra time with me to make sure all my docs were right and filed correctly. Highly recommend her.

Tery was extremely helpful in working with me to get everything handled properly for a divorce. The good news for our situation is that we had a no-contest divorce. This means we basically were in agreement on everything, and we just needed to know how to properly file everything so that it would be approved by the judge (without requiring us to come to court to clarify something, solve an issue with the paperwork, etc.). The options I had were to try and do this as cheaply as possible (such as using an online DIY type service), hiring a lawyer to help, or working with Tery. And I can say I'm SO GLAD I found Tery to work with. It did cost more than what the online DIY services charged, but she was still much cheaper than using a lawyer. She made everything SO EASY! She found out what we were trying to accomplish, helped us with what our options were and helped us make sure everything was filled out correctly and appropriately so that everything would get approved without a problem. Once all the documents were signed, she everything clearly labeled where each person would sign where and outlined which documents needed to go to the courthouse and which ones needed to be mailed and so on. Our divorce was approved without any problems and I'm so happy that this part of the process went so smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone needing help with filing a divorce to contact Tery.
