A zero star experience all the way around. I had a pretty complex lawsuit that was further complicated because i was involved in (2) no fault car accidents within a relatively short period of time. The attorney i engaged with here seemed to talk a big talk but could not walk the walk. He attempted to "litigate" these matters separately and at one point he got the bright idea to file a motion to consolidate the two cases because the accidents were regarding the "same" injuries.. HOWEVER, one accident was in Ada County and one accident occurred in Canyon County. I went to the hearing on the Motion he filed and the Judge embarrassingly raked him over the coals because he should have read and known the Idaho Rules of CIVIL Procedure and understood that the jurisdictional venue would be improper and therefore the cases could not be consolidated. My whole experience here was TERRIBLY EMBARRASSING... the don't communicate, the litigation plan my attorney had was a nightmare, the paralegal was rude etc. There are FAR more competent attorneys in the Treasure Valley.. who can adequately represent you and your best interests..

I started off not liking this company because i felt like they didn't want to help me because they wouldn't make much off of me. They never called or kept me informed. Then i was told i had a new lawyer and case manager and they changed my view. Paul and Savannah have been on the top of their game making sure they get my case going and keeping me in the loop. They are kind and helpful and honest with me about how this process is going. Because of Paul and Savannah i didn't change firms and i got taken care of as every client should be. Unpleasant people.
There is no question that the other party is at fault in my case. There is no question that there is liability and that I’ve been injured, but because my claim was less than their financial floor for involvement, Lister Frost couldn’t be bothered to help me to understand who or how I should contact the other party’s insurance company.

I spoke with someone named Quentin who practically threw me off the phone after he determined my case wouldn’t be a high enough dollar amount for them.

I was fortunate to find a personable attorney at another well reviewed local law firm who helped me to understand the process and how to navigate a claim with the other party’s insurance. He also stated that the dollar amount was low, for a personal injury attorney, but he happily took 10 minutes to help me understand what and who to call so that I could have my thousands in medical bills paid.

I would caution against blindly going with this firm. Best to get a few opinions as there is no doubt, in my experience, Lister are not here for you but for themselves. I don’t think it is wise to put your trust in people who operate like they do.

I am skeptical that these people would give anyone except very high dollar claims they attention they deserve.
