Taylor gets a 10 out 10. First, she was open and compassionate while I was discussing my disability. This was different than most of the other attorneys I interviewed. Second, my disability was complicated and covered several years. She took the time to listen and understand the intricacies of my case which was reassuring. She was able to convert my complicated story into a succinct and compelling legal argument for the Social Security Administration. Third, she was very helpful in collecting years of records and evidence from multiple states to support my claim. Finally, when the day of the hearing came, we were very well prepared. We had collected hundreds of pages of documentation/support and we had an excellent presentation prepared for the Judge. When it came time for Taylors presentation, she had complete control of the facts and gave a compelling chronicle/presentation of my history/case/disability to the Judge. The importance of a complete and thorough chronicle (both in legal terms and the history of my illnesses) was so that the Judge got an understanding of me, my case history and the application of case law so that the answer was obvious and he had very few questions. Taylor did just that.

Later after the hearing, I received my determination letter. Across the top it said – Notice of finding – FULLY FAVORABLE. I got my SSI Long Term Disability Award.

I get hurt on the job, workmans comp isnt taking care of me I call these guys to help and they tell me to send my medical records to them to review well that means I have to call and sign releases of all these doctors I visited for injury, why is it I'm the victim and got hurt on the job because of faulty equipment that I had reported several times and now I have to do all the leg work on the case. This ain't right.
