THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! in my longer-than-10-month case, i never once was invited to meet with lawyer, Paul Swainston, or his assistant, Emily! We had many issues concerning information being relayed. I never had the chance to give the details of my experience in order to strengthen my case, so without me even knowing, emily and paul sent my outline to the insurance company. they heard back and got the first offer and i kid you not, had to bother them in order to find out what this sum was. I’m so disappointed with the amount i got and feel as if i could’ve done a better job fighting for my case. they we so impersonal and didn’t put any effort into helping me receive relief from the traumatic accident i was in. i would not under any circumstances advise anyone to let craig swapp represent them. they take no pride in their work and didnt do anything to help me. they just wanted quick money and don’t care that i wasn’t fairly compensated. i wanted to fire them but didn’t know how exactly. i’m very disappointed and this year-long process was unbearable. please don’t ever waste your time hiring these guys. find a lawyer who will care about you and will try to understand how painful this time in your life is. find someone with integrity who cares that you’re put in a painful, uncontrollable situation. i was compensated 40 hours of work missed out of 178 THAT WERE RECORDED. they assumed that work was not vital to me because of my age which shows how careless they are to the details of your life. i was not compensated nearly enough for how life altering this experience was. once again, my lawyer to this day still doesn’t have all the information. i would’ve fired them and taken this to court but i’m moving it of the country and they said there wasn’t any way to be represented here. this process could’ve been started 10 months ago but i was just a back burner case that would make them some quick money eventually. paul also misinformed me of how much my final check would be and said he felt bad and would give me more money, but didn’t. they don’t follow through, they don’t try to do a good job, and they don’t care. their careless actions have caused so many problems for me.

About 12 years ago now, I was rear ended and saw the "One call thats all" commercial, thought the company could help me settle my case from being seriosuly rear ended. When it's all said and done and the time to settle was upon us, I went to an office by the Boise Post Office off River St, the Lawyer handed me a paper to read. It was filles out by a female employee, it read many hateful, judgemental, incorrect, assumptive and racist comments, some of them I will never forget "Patient obviously likes to be treated" "The Doctor must be single" stuff like that. Being a young Woman I didn't know what to do, I asked for a copy and the Lawyer RIPPED THE PAPER FROM MY HANDS and actes like nothing happened. I said I wanted a copy and he told me no. He went on to tell me he could get me another 1000 or so but he has to work harder to get it therefore he was charging me more money. This wasnt the Man on the commercials, I wanted that guy, this had to be a joke right? I'm the customer! He went on to tell me that I had until 5 pm to file eveything or I had gone past the expiration of filing and the guy on the commercial is just a face that they contract the cases out to whoever and thats just how it was going to work. I hope everyone see's this and if there is a case againsy bully lawyers, I'll be the first to sign. Magna Carta!

Just finished my claim with Paul and it was an amazing experience. I know that most of us don't trust lawyers because that's how we've been taught but I found that Paul had the highest level of integrity and he cared about me as a person. Beware! I called them regarding my case - they set up an appointment to meet with me. I had been in a small auto accident in December of 2014. It was more of a fender bender than an actual accident. Either way I needed chiropractic care and my insurance wouldn't touch it. I went to what seemed like a great chiropractor, but they wanted to stop my treatment in February before I was "healed" so I called Craig Swapp and told them what was going on. They sent a guy out to me the next day, discussed my options and got me set up with a new chiropractor. I continued to work with the new chiropractor until June! When I was all done, the team at Craig Swapp submitted my case, and the beginning of November we got a settlement from the at fault drivers insurance. Once I confirmed with Paul to take the settlement, he had a check for me a week later.
The whole time I was treated really well, and they made me feel like my "little" case was important even though it was probably barely worth their time. They were very straight forward about the entire process and it was super easy. 1 call- that really was all it took!

Late October 2012 I was peacefully driving to work when a large Sand & Gravel truck crossed over into my lane and hit and spun my small SUV.
