On September 8, 2014 I was T-boned by a semi-truck. The driver was distracted by his iPod and was 100% at fault. Gary took my case after we found out that the driver was involved in other litigation with the local firm I had originally chosen. Gary has recently settled my case and was able to not only get my medical bills paid, he was able to get a small settlement for my grandchild who was not able to play with his grandmother because of the injuries sustained in the accident. In addition he was able to get a settlement for my missed time from work and injuries as well.

Last year 5/30/14 my family and I went out to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday and our way back home we got t-boned by another driver. The driver didn't yield when turning and hit my car that was considered a total loss. I was 26 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident and had to be taken to the emergency room by ambulance because my belly was tightened so hard by the seat belt that I started to have very sharp pains which turned out to be contractions.
