We've used Brian Webb several times over the last couple of years and had nothing but positive experiences. He and his team are quick to respond to any of the questions I ever had. The work they produce is timely and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Had them handle a simple Civil Complaint service for me. Was quoted a fair price and immediately they wanted a $500 retainer (the service I needed was only suppose to cost ~$100. Shortly after that they told me my retainer had been exhausted (no new work had been requested). When I pressed them for an itemize explanation, they sent me a document filled with "nickle and dime" costs until they brought the total right up to $499. Clearly this firm just is looking for quick cash grabs and if you hire them, expect your retainer to be exhausted every month. Naturally I fired them and have found proper legal council

Edwina Elcox is a one in a million. I was hundred percent confident I had made the right decision retaining her. She fought tirelessly day and night and was always keeping myself and my family updated on what was transpiring. She was very easy to communicate with and was always very professional. She was an absolute pit bull in the courtroom and with her skill set and determination Edwina was able to discover information that would’ve otherwise been almost impossible to find. Edwina literally saved my life.

I came to Edwina, bringing with me a situation that I thought there would be no hope in. Edwina worked tirelessly for a year for me. She fights like a bulldog and knows every angle and avenue of the legal system. Her abilities to sniff out BS and fight against a corrupted system are astounding. She has worked both sides of the legal fence in the prosecutors offices as well as a defense attorney and knows every dirty trick in the book that the system plays against people and exactly how to fight it.

She turned the tides against false accusations with a mountain of evidence presented in the exact way it needed to be and had the opposing side so frustrated that they started making even wilder accusations against her out of desperation that they not only couldn't back up, but they were forced to admit that there was nothing behind them.

I cannot say enough about her abilities to not only fight, but win. Every time we spoke, she predicted how things would go and was spot on every time throughout the entire process. She literally gave me my life back and the ability to rebuild it. I highly recommend her to anyone in a situation where they need to be defended.

Great firm

Terrible law firm. The day I hired Brian he said he was competent. 6 months later he still wasn’t. Then paralegals wasted my time for awhile (9 months). Then Josh who I was passed to made a couple giant mistakes for me. Then I got wise and went somewhere else. Guess who still has their hand out? BWL Boise’s Worst Lawyers

Office flat out hung up and did not answer when called back. Interesting

Seemed knowledgeable but made multiple mistakes in my divorce filings. Charged me for the mistakes and for correcting the mistakes, and for inquiring why they charged me for their mistakes. My lawyer also missed a court hearing. It was clear that they had better things to do than give my case the proper attention.

Tried to take 80 yr old lady’s money without providing services. Shame Shame.

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from Brian Web Legal offices. I was rear ended in a car accident and suffered back and neck injuries. They took on my litigation case even after quite a bit of time had lapsed. The insurance company kept contacting me to tell me I was through with any coverage for therapy and chiropractic services even though the pain and discomfort continued. It seemed to me that I should not be responsible for costs I incurred because of an accident that was not my fault. But in Idaho the legal system seems to favor the insurance companies over the victims. The insurance company's scare tactics intimidated me and caused me to discontinue treatment even when the pain continued. So I thought I was just going to have to live with it and at times pay for the treatment myself. That's when I talked to Brian about my predicament. He assured me that I could get back on my treatment. I'm sure I was a tough case for them. Because I sustained another unrelated injury to my shoulder which did not change the pattern of pain I was experiencing in my back and neck but it was close to the time when I stopped and then re-started more treatment because the insurance company had persuaded me that I could get no more support from them. Anyway it didn't look good on paper so it was quite a challenging case for Brian. Even with these challenges, Brian and Michael were very professional and helpful. They were also very adept in getting me coverage for the medical treatment I needed. They took care of the communication and dealings with the insurance company and were able to settle my case in a way that covered not only my past medical expenses but also provide me with additional financial means to cover future treatments. They were always very responsive, receptive and helpful to me. I recommend them highly.

Brian took the time to explain everything to me. No detail was over looked. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
