Not very responsive. A family member used Susan Graham for setting up her estate plan. The planning appears to have been well done, but her office is not very responsive to any sort of questions or requests for changes. On several occasions, I've waited weeks for a response.

This is the BEST senior needs legal team out there! If you are trying to figure out estate planning, living wills, trusts, financial answers to long-term care questions and want the most knowledgeable, caring, in-tune and on top-of-it group, this is the place for you. Everyone in the office is all about taking care of you from the moment you walk in and these gals know their stuff. They quickly became friends who were with us each step of the way in a tough time. They listen to what you want and then help you figure out how to protect yourself and your loved ones. Susan and Terri are the best in guidance through this, tough as nails AND incredibly kind and caring. Additionally, the group has a fascinating website with videos on all kinds of important topics and offers seminars that you can check out before you ever meet with the team. It is literally, a plethora of information. Putting off taking care of your estate only makes it worse, they will walk you through the entire process.

Susan helped my wife and I put together a plan for what will happen if anything unexpected does happen. She and Terri were amazing to work with and very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone!
