Whenever I'm seeking a needed service, I look for the best. I'm pleased to say that when I went looking for the best law firm in the state, I found it. I have been nothing but impressed with Taylor Law Offices. From advice and research towards new startups, to changes in business structure, to landlord/tenant conflict, they've done nothing but dedicate themselves to my legal needs. Recently, I was dealing with a very stressful and somewhat time sensitive matter. It was important that I got in contact with an attorney as soon as possible. This is a busy firm, but Christian got back to me the same evening after hours (after what I'm sure was a receptionist getting tired of being harassed and pushing for somebody to help us out, sorry girl!) and worked diligently over the weekend to assist me in resolving the issue. Had a unique situation where "seller" was trying to back out of a Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
After speaking with 3 different attorneys from other law firms and them telling me to "walk away". I finally talked to Marcus and he told me I had a case. He was very professional and executed what I was asking. He was very thorough and explained everything and made sure I understood. Sydney the office manager is very kind and funny. She answered all questions I had and took care of me when Marcus was out of the office. They truly care and will fight for you 100%. We have a new closing date thanks to this team! I highly recommend this Firm.

I had problem with an employee starting a competitive business and utilizing our client lists and other confidential information. Eric and Matt provided excellent advise and first pointed out how to protect my business from this in the future. They then reviewed my case and presented an excellent overview on steps we should take and the probability of success. They attempted to resolve this without suit. When that failed, they put together a strategy and case that lead to mediation and an excellent outcome for my company. I feel the investment in their talent and approach was well worth it. Their support team is top notch as well. I'd recommend them for any business issues and I would really recommend people talk to them about employment agreements, it could help head off similar problems for your company in the future.

I worked with Eric. He navigated me through a matter that involved a lease to own agreement between my tenants and me. I supplied all the necessary documentation in a Google drive that he was able to sift through and prepare a thorough response to the tenants demands and a professional stipulation in response. To me it wasn't copied and pasted from a past case. It addressed items specific to my case. Communication between Eric and I was great as I had several questions during this matter.

One suggestion I would offer to Taylor Law Firm, which I don't hang on Eric, is to keep clients up to date with regard to the retainer funds; specifically when the customer is about to go over the retainer fee. I was surprised to find out I had gone past the retainer and that I had to pay more than that fee. Don't get me wrong, it was worth it, but I may have not of suggested certain communications or research had I known I was getting close or over. For the most part I had a sense of what the other representation would have replied back through talking with Eric, so I may have opted to withhold more foot work from Eric simply to save myself some money.

Overall, I will recommend Taylor Law and will retain again if I ever need to.

After a terrible 16 month experience with a local attorney in Rupert, ID "D LAW" I had essentially lost hope until I was told about Taylor Law offices from a friend. Even though they were located in Boise, they still took the time out of their busy day to make me feel valued. I contacted this law firm to get legal advice on a dispute. The legal assistant responded right away and was very friendly. After they assured me they handled matters like mine and set me up with one of the multiple appointment times I was offered since they didn't have a full week yet, I thought I was all set to get my concerns addressed. Two days later I get an email, not even a phone call, from their assistant saying, "I spoke with the attorney and gave him a summary of your case. Unfortunately at this time, he believes he is too busy to meet with you next week and therefore we are referring you to...". Let's just call a spade a spade shall we? I wasn't going to bring in a lot of money so I was shooed away by people who apparently couldn't be bothered to help someone that wasn't going to line their pockets. A lawyer only concerned with their own affairs and money? Shocking, truly. I was planning to retain this firm for my mother when she moves to Boise next month also but I don't choose to do business with elitist snobs who believe their time is more valuable than mine without even meeting me. Never actually got in to see these people so good luck if you try with them. Hopefully your case will get them enough money to make you worthy of their advice and time.
