I was in a very serious car accident in March of 2018 where my car was totaled. I was injured to the point where I had to miss work for a week and had continued doctor's appointments for quite awhile. Stephen Blackburn was a Godsend for me and my family. He is a fantastic lawyer with such high integrity. After my daughter, a minor, was rear ended near our home and suffered a concussion, the boy who hit her refused to cooperate or give us his information, which led to me having to call the police. The boy's mother came over and confronted me before the police arrived. She began screaming in my face, saying that she "didn't have to give me anything" and that I "could sue her to get the information," all while we were waiting for the ambulance to come and transport my daughter to the hospital. By the time the police arrived, she had left, so they went to her house to obtain her and her son's information. Her insurance company was very difficult to deal with. They sent me a letter diminishing my daughter's experience, telling me it was nothing - that's when I knew I needed help.
