I contacted Capstone law after reading the excellent reviews they had. From the time I first called to our discharge they were very professional but also took the time to explain everything step by step . I highly recommend Capstone to anyone thinking about bankruptcy.

I used Captone Law for a bankruptcy about a year ago. The process of collecting paperwork was the most in depth part and took about 6 months to get everything in order. We finally finished our court stuff and everything went well. The lawyer was helpful and non- judgemental. I did sometimes find it hard to get him on the phone but emailing him back and forth was pretty easy. He took care of everything we needed help with and everything went very well. Cost was a one time payment was $1600.00 and that took care of everything from beginning to end. There was another option for monthly payments but that was more pricier. I would recommend these services to a friend or family member.

Shawn Miller was highly professional, informative and kind. He guided me through the bankruptcy process during a very stressful time. I could tell he had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Capstone Law.

I have had nothing but problems with this company they did take care of my bankruptcy that's well and fine but anything else besides that I've had problems when my payment plans I've had problems where things weren't taking care of I've had problems from the lawyer a telling me one thing and not being correct so please be aware of this company because they will lie to you.

Over charges . Seems cold and greedy . Doesn’t seem to care about your best interest .

After seeing these great reviews and because on their website it says you can file with just $99 down, I reached out to the Boise office.

I had a consultation and was informed we would need to pay the $100 retainer plus the $335 filing fee in order to file. Okay, we can make this work. The Attorney advised he needs to meet with my husband and me in order to move forward. He gave me his business card and asked me to email him regarding when my husband could come in for an appointment.

I emailed him the next morning. No response. I emailed him again the next day, still no response. Time is of the essence and we cannot wait around for weeks on end to get our Chapter 7 filed. The Attorney is aware of our need for fast filing.

I called the local number listed on the Attorney's business card and left a message simply saying I am trying to get our next appointment scheduled with Attorney "name". I promptly received a call back, from the scheduler (who is not local and who was unaware of whom I was trying to get an appointment with).. Really? Not many scores in the realm of professionalism.

I would not recommend that you go to this firm unless you have plenty of time on your hands to sit around and wait and as long as you don't mind not being able to directly reach the Attorney you are supposed to be working with.

Only place I could find with affordable payment plans being a single parent this was important .they made it very easy and quick .I'm looking forward to opportunity of starting fresh &rebuilding credit .thanks to you all ! Rachel is amazing always very helpful

The attorneys and paralegals are quick, friendly and accurate. We need to file an emergency bankruptcy to prevent my husbands paycheck from being garnished and they got right to work to ensure the bankruptcy was filed before his payroll closed. Their payment plans are very affordable and flexible. I highly recommend them!!
