John and his whole firm were wonderful,it was an easy process,they were all kind and understanding,I highly recommend their services.

We were going to file a bankruptcy with Jon and we’re new to this so we had no idea what we were doing. Jon made it seem like everything was going to be ok. Well even though we gave him paperwork he needed, some papers ended up “missing or not received.” We also paid up front completely and even though we had everything turned in, he NEVER kept in contact. Over a year later he finally emails us asking if we were still interested in filing and now that it was over a year we had to pay more. We paid an extra $400 and we’re finalizing things when he said we need to go from a chapter 7 to a 13 and would have to sell our house. That wasn’t an option so we decided to cancel the bankruptcy. When we asked Jon for a partial payment back, he said because it took US so long and we had a long meeting, that pretty much used up what money we did pay him. So he gets to keep over $1600 for doing not a damn thing. Now we have been trying to work with our debt collectors and now one of them has a garnishment our against me and because I kept emailing them they never responded to me. Finding out that they have still been contacting Jon and he never answered them several times. They couldn’t contact me because we were still showing we had a lawyer. This entire thing has been a big mistake and I regret working with Jon. He kept my money and him and his workers did nothing to earn the money. Use someone else if you can!

I would recommend Jon, he works to help you understand what is needed and how the bankruptcy works. He helps get things done in a timely manner.

Jon Wilson and his staff were very professional and very helpful. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Our questions were answered so we could understand what we needed to do.

Jon provided a wonderful first impression followed by lost documents (saying he never received items then later finding multiple copies we provided his office), filing late because he could never keep tabs of said documents (even ones he received three times), poor communication (we constantly had to ask "what's next? What happens now?"), claiming he provided information he never did (ultimately giving my husband and I different reasons as to why he failed to provide us with vital information and of course blaming us), and not taking accountability or showing a hint of remorse (hung up on me during a calm, on my end, conversation). He made a already difficult time even more traumatizing.

We filed about 3 months ago. My wife and I did a lot of research and felt like John was very experienced and we feel comfortable at the time going with him. Well we couldn't be more sorry. John and his assistant has the absolute worst communication possible. This was our first time filing for bankruptcy and I understand this isnotsomething that supposed to be fun or easy but using John's firm created much more anxiety and stress than it should have.there was literally zero communication and it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Do you continuously lost their paperwork over and over again. Towards the end when we went to our hearing we specifically asked to secure our home and truck payment and asked John how to do it, his answer was just keep making the payments and you'll keep your stuff. Well now that the bankruptcy is discharged and either our house or car payment is in our name and there's nothing we can do about it because we didn't reaffirm our loans before the bankruptcy discharged. We are not happy about this at all and after confronting John about this he denies everything and ends up hanging up on my wife. I will pursue another attorney and my focus will be suing John Wilson. John and his firm or a complete joke and I would highly advise thinking twice before using him.

I would highly recommend Jon, he was prompt, more than fair with fees, and would welcome questions on things I didn't quite understand.
