I only know the story from my side, but it sure seems Philip Bevis was more concerned with lining his pockets than to do what was in the best interests of parties involved. Going thru a divorce, three attorney's I went to had said "You would be better off if you can settle on your own vs. using attorney's." Wife was told the same by at least one other. Phillip was wife's 2nd or 3rd attorney. According to my wife, Phillip convinced her to fight this further. In my ignorance I even directly sent emails to Phillip trying to figure out how she'd be better off? Come to find out once lawyer'd up attorney's can't talk to other parties direct, only to other attorneys. More frustration on my part, why have to pay and go thru my attorney when there a some things I can handle myself? After further talks wife and I came up with another agreement which she sent both Phillip and me, yet Phillip sat on it for weeks, claiming he was 'actively working on it.' Anyway things went further south and Phillip never put the documentation together. She moved the case and Phillip is no longer her lawyer. I think Phillip did a huge dis-service, but hey who knows where this will end up? If she ends up better off by dragging out the divorce so be it, but either way we'll both end up with less in our accounts and the lawyers accounts will be up.

First impressions are everything to me and I liked Phil right off. No BS and gets to the point. Friendly staff and communication is easy.

Ryan and Reagan were extremely helpful and friendly. They always communicated with us, talked us through everything, and made sure we understood everything. They helped us through our case and were very caring. They treated us more than just a case. The receptionist was always polite. We were very fortunate to have found them. Ryan was always so great with us and truly fought for us! He made sure we did what was necessary and not anything that was not worth it. Very much worth it!!!

Horrible! Unethical! If u want a firm to take lots of your $, be unethical, create high conflict, create never ending conflicts with your X and kids....this is the firm for u, especially butthead maximilliam bevis! -in my opinion!
