Had the displeasure of being on the opposite side of this monster in court back in 2017 when I successfully gained guardianship against her clients- my former guardians. She is extremely rude and cold. I found out she sent an email to my attorney back in August of last year trying to bash me. Her clients she gets aren’t much better either though from what I understand. Do NOT recommend. However I see she “specializes” in family law, some have children with disabilities and if you’re looking for someone who will truly advocate for you and have your best interests and your back, I really recommend Courtney Holthus at DisAbility Rights Idaho- she’s truly the best!

When I needed help with a particularly sticky problem, I asked Char Quade for her help. I was dealing with a person who was disabled, but obviously had learned to use and manipulate the legal system to her advantage, thus taking advantage of other people financially. Had a consultation today with her. For those caring for Autistic individuals and in need of a lawyer, absolutely stay away from her. I have Autism originally moderate-severe, when I described my experience of being molested by someone I dated (I never had experience in understanding intimacy). She when on a lecture wasting my pro-bono thirty minutes about biology and sex between a man and a woman, despite what I have, I can perfectly understand biology; the problem is understanding the emotional and social parts of it, the reason I came to her for help. In some ways I have become better off based on efforts of mostly myself, my family, and therapy. It does not mean that someone like her can make an "opinion" based on me being able to mimic human conversations I have heard. When I described how the molester spoke about women. Two examples I spoke of included how he hoped the Virgin Mary broke her hymen gave birth when I kept saying no from partially religious reasons...she spoke about her opinions on religion. The other example was him talking about how women shouldn't pay for things or else it makes men upset; she went on about how it is only a matter of opinion that people hold....like how lawyers and police like her have opinions that black people are naturally inclined to violence. Don't go to her no matter what you do.
