Honestly its my fault I got into this position. I believe that I owe the debt and I should pay the debt. I did have a few Issues with the way that it was handled by their clients at Rosemark Health care by stating that partial payments or NO payments would be accepted on every bill. Bryan knew that but like a good person that I am i agreed to may payments to this. Bryan is not a bad person he is doing what he is paid for. His clients on the other hand leave something to be desired.

I don't understand why so many people are leaving bad reviews...
I just talked to a sweet gal by the name of Ashley in Bryan Zollingers office and she was very helpful, and even sympathetic towards my health/financial situation. Ashley was NOT rude or condecending. She treated me with respect and dignity while answered all my questions with a happy and perky attitude. Frankly, my experience couldn't have gone better!
I met with Bryan himself 5 years ago and had the same positive experience I had today.
My thought is people are upset and emotional about their finances and take it out on the staff. Maybe they expect the office to do things they simply aren't able or willing to do?
I find Bryan Zollinger to be helpful, when I met with him he was very cooperative and understanding. However this review is regarding his office staff, they are condescending and judgmental and blame people for their own problems, this is not something that they should be saying to anyone. It is not their place. When you call and try to get information, clarification or understanding, this is the type of response you get. People get stressed and impatient when dealing dealing money problems, lawsuits or garnishment, but professionalism and kindness should not dwindle. If anything they should be empathetic and try to resolve it positively. Being condescending, patronizing and judgemental shuts anyone down from communication, and is amplified by the attitude projected from his staff. I asked to speak with the attorney in person and she told me absolutely not and that it was not any of his business to talk to me that it was her job. She also told me that it was against policy to let customers speak to the attorney in person. That is something you seriously need to reevaluate. I also feel that people like this give this attorneys office a bad name. They exemplify that attorneys are blood sucking lawyers that don't care about anyone. Whether you have one customer or hundreds it should not matter. Empathy is something this office staff needs to learn.

Clearly the reviews left are not from actual experiences from clients but from trolls that want to rid the constitution of the first amendment. Bryan Zollinger is a man of honor and integrity. You'll actually know that if you met him in person.

His public utterances make it clear that he is mentally deficient and possibly suffering from a condition that makes it impossible for him to tell the truth, very sad. He needs to be places in a safe environment where he cannot harm himself or others.

Crooked and bad business, customer service is horrible and all the attorney cares about is money. He is not above exploitation of his status as an attorney to bully and harass people who are unaware of their rights. It's a sad sad day here in Idaho Falls.
