This guy is amazing

Mr. Nelson is an Attorney with experience,integrity and intelligence, which are RARE qualities in an attorney in Rapid City. He is an attorney in which you can ACTUALLY trust! He is one in a million folks, and worth every penny . He is handling my divorce from a phsycpath, no EASY task....he will be handling all my legal affairs. I am blessed to have found him!

After reading the reviews it's amazing that George comes highly recommended. Representing my son in his divorce, he never followed through on things he said he would do, He did not listen to my son and really did not get to know him or much about the case. His fees for his services were above and beyond. Been waiting for a detail statement of his fees and can't seem to get a statement., yet he's charging interest fees at $90 a month for a bill of for the remaing balance of 1,400 $. He received much more than this amount already. Example my son tried to call him in my presence and George would not take the call, yet when I called a minute later I was put right through to him, and than handed the phone to my son. My opinion he did nothing to help my son through a bad divorce and pretty much in the end, because my son could not afford further debt settled for the original agreement. I would certainly shop around before considering hiring George Nelson.

I am not going after you in the social media reviews because you have not sent a statement. We were not aware of the fact you needed his ok to do so, when he asked me to get a statement. I simply want people to know how poorly you represented my son in his divorce case. Nothing was achieved from the original proposal that he had in hand when you were hired, so 5,000 plus for absolutely nothing. Maybe, you should really look at what you charged and what was achieved by your representation.
Simpy want others to realize this and do their homework before they hire you., as their lawyer.

My husband used George for his child custody case and he was fantastic with answering all of his questions, he's affordable, considerate, and really made it easy on my husband in making sure he understood his custody order. He took the time to really get to know my husband and his case. We highly recommend him he is amazing and has been a tremendous help in getting my husband through a very tough situation.
