Jake was fantastic! He is skilled at what he does, he understands the legal process, kept me well informed, and is very personable and easy to talk to.

I could not have asked for more other than wishing the whole thing didn't happen. It was a great injustice and a mockery of how a law enforcement officer should act and Mr. Jacob Birkholz and associates proved that there can be justice in America and also has proven to me that even tho your constitutional rights may be violated, they can still be protected. Without Birkholz & associates I surely would have ended up a victim of the machine called the judicial system.

100% stand up people! I was never once disappointed with any of there advice I would suggest to any one! My divorce was 100% pain in butt from the drop of the hat, i wanted to just give up myself at times but with jake and his awesome staff backing me up we came out great in the end I couldn't have been more happy with the end results and them receptists let me tell you they will make you feel right at home when you walk threw the door!
