The owner says they don't use pre-generated messaging but his responses seem quite pre-generated

After reading some of these other reviews I’m glad there weren’t kids involved in my divorce.
Extremely poor choice of lawyer on my part. I paid a lot of money for very little service. I wasn’t informed of court dates so thank god my x and I talked because I woujd never have known when they were
Kirsten seemed more interested in protecting herself then actually giving advice. In the end I pretty much ended up doing everything myself. To top it off she was late to court for the final hearing. I paid a bunch of money for something I could have and pretty much did do myself. Still waiting on a breakdown of what she did. Pretty sure I’ll be waiting a long time.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This lawyer is rude and unprofessional. In response she was very rude arguing with my ex over the phone like a high school girl

Kirsten is definitely not worth the money. She would never call back, acted very rudely and unprofessional, only cares about the money. She sees her clients as dollar signs. She takes weeks to even file a contempt. Waiste of time and money.

This lawyer is only about the money not about your children do not I repeat do not go to this lawyer

Terrible terrible attorney...worst one I ever had the displeasure of working with. Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone...which was the only communication we ever had. Asked for 3 things, 1) my wifes financial disclosure, 2) temp orders with regards to her entering the house and removing items when I was at work, and a list of property she had taken, and 3) put forth a settlement offer....got NONE of that...dont waste your time or money on her or the sterling law group as a whole. She was my attorney for about 90 days, after which I retained a different lawyer to finish my divorce for less than what I already paid attorney navarrette....She filed NO paperwork at all...basically took 2 or 3 status conference calls with the court, and that was it. She was not working for me or my best interest, not in the slightest....again...the worst attorney I ever had the displeasure of working with.
