REAL PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Cost me 3k up front and won't finish the job and I'm sure isn't going to refund the money to go to finish it with another attorney.

Attorney Matthew Miller has helped me over 10 times over the last five years, and has always been successful! He just recently got my children back into my care. He' s bulldog in court and he and his staff are very professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

While he maybe a good attorney but the lack of communication was terrible. Receiving letters that the hearing was postponed after the hearing on 2 seperate occassions. I missed work for nothing, mind you almost half my checks go to child support so that sucked. Phone calls not returned by the staff. The main gal you deal with is down right rude. I dont wish no ill will toward the guy but your only as good as the people you surround yourself with. He needs a better support staff.

This guy was awful. He was extremely rude, his motions had all sorts of grammatical errors in them (as if written by a 8 yr old), it was embarrassing. He was threatening, which is why I have to use a pseudonym right now, his invoices are highly questionable and I will be contacting the BBB. He 100% did not represent my best interest, only the interest of playing golf with the opposing attorney. He definitely does not know the law. I don’t know where he went to school, but he needs to go back. He also needs some classes on essential manners.

Matt tells you like it is; good, bad, or ugly. He knows his ins and outs of the books. He will defend you the best he can but he wont sugar coat it either. Hes respected in and out of the court room. Mr. Miller was late, unorganized, the other lawyer absolutely destroyed him in court, and worst of all he over billed me. Cherry on top that caused me to write this review is his threatening demeanor. He told me that I will not receive my paperwork if I write a negative review. This guy is unprofessional, does not know the law, and is just a horrible person. Save yourself the time, emotional toll, and money and go with someone else.

I am not sure how he was able to do it but Matt was able to keep a conviction off of my record. I have seen posts on here about Matt not being very responsive. I never had that problem. He always responded with 24hrs. I highly recommend him. His fees were very reasonable.

Attorney Miller not only bent over backwards to make sure I received full custody of my daughter, he has also done amazing work for me on the criminal defense side of the law as well. He has help my father when a credit card company was falsely accusing him of owing them money. I have probably sent about a dozen people to him and he has helped EVERY SINGLE ONE of them. I have never heard a bad thing about him from anyone on either side of the courtroom.
