Very thorough lawyers! Friendly staff

I couldn’t of ask for a better Lawyer to handle my auto accident case. This office is more than just a team of lawyers and staff. They will treat you like family. That is the way I feel every time I’m either on the phone with them or walk into their office!

I called to talk to someone about my husband's Long Term Disability Insurance. I was transferred to Greg. When I tried to explain the situation, he cut me off and basically barked at me
Then he said he would call back in 5 minutes.. He said I should figure out what I was asking. minutes. He did not. I called him back about 2 hours later. He just called me this morning at 730. I had just gotten up. He barked at me about what was the matter and what did I need. I do not appreciate being spoken to like that. I am not a lawyer, I do not know the terminology, so I'm not sure what I need. Who calls someone at 7:30 am and barks at them? I do not tolerate that!

I went to Gray Sowle and Iacco to file a lawsuit related to both of my pedestrian vs. automobile experiences. I was introduced to Dan Iacco and he quickly decided he wanted to be the lawyer for both of my cases. Since I was hit by two cars as a pedestrian, I had several medical bills piling up as a result of both accidents. Mr. Iacco and his legal aid, Pam Lavender were extremely helpful with communicating back and forth with the medical providers and collection agencies that were contacting me regularly. Pam Lavender, helped me through many tough situations. I was frequently hounded by collection agencies and medical providers before and during my lawsuit. Whether it was talking to medical providers and writing them letters about the lawsuit, Pam was ready to help me and give me advice at any time. Mr. Iacco did a wonderful job of explaining the lawsuits and everything about my cases in layman's terms, since I had no prior experience in the legal world. Due to the nature of my cases, I was informed that I would have to participate in a jury-trial. This was nerve-wracking, not only because I have never been in a court room, but also because I, along with many of my friends and family members would have to testify in front of a jury. For my trial, Mr. Iacco partnered up with Pat Richards, another lawyer at the firm. Together, they helped me feel prepared for court and they gave me the confidence I needed to testify. Both lawyers were extremely caring, dedicated, and they worked extremely hard to be prepared for both of my cases in court. In the end, I won both of my cases. The result of my cases going to trial with Mr. Iacco and Mr. Richards was more successful than I could have imagined. I am extremely grateful towards these lawyers and their team. I would strongly recommend Dan Iacco and Pat Richards to anyone in need of a lawyer (in their specialty areas), especially auto accidents.
