Josh and his staff are extremely good at providing the help needed during life's challenging moments. Josh takes the time to answer your questions and also provides information that you may not even know you need. Also, filing for bankruptcy is a very emotional process and you may "feel" bad. However, Josh gently leads your decision making process for example, you may want to do what is "right" but Josh has a way of pointing out what is "best" to do! Lastly, Josh and his staff guide you in filling out the mountain of forms and makes what appears to be an overwhelming process extremely easy! I would have given more stars but 5 is the limit! Everyone in the office are so nice, josh was my lawyer, very nice, helpful. You can either call or walk in to make an appt to consult with an attorney in regards to filing, After you file (if you choose too) you will be given AND explain to what all will take place next, the bankruptcy hearing is in bay city, at least mines were anyway. You’re attorney will meet you there, you only get to this part once you pay your attorney retainer fee, I will greatly recommend this place, especially Josh, I gave him a hug at the end. Nice friendly guy :).
