In January 2019 i hired Mr Popielarz for my SSD case. He was very professional and definitely knows the procedures to file. He explained every step to this difficult procedure to me along the way and sometimes more than once. I met with him in person both for signing of papers but also anytime i wanted to speak to him by phone or in person. HE always returned my calls. I never had to speak to anyone else regarding my case. We won my case in October 2019 after a disability hearing. He continued to stay in contact with me after HIS check was issued. When i questioned him he stated " its my job to make sure you get your money". He made sure my monthly pymts came also. I would highly recommend Mr. Popielarz to anyone looking for a SS attorney. I wish him all the best in his career and family life.

Good attorney for ssd

I contacted Don Popielarz about my ssi claim. Since i was filling for mental issues he wouldnt even look at my case. He believes mental illness is not a disability . The only reason i dignified this with 1 star is to make a post. Two thumbs down for this firm.

Listened closely, very helpful

Mr. Popielarz helped me a few years back with a case. He was available to answer my questions, he guided me through the process, and he was the only person I dealt with. I have had experiences before where I rarely got to talk to the Attorney and if I did they were quite intimidating and cold. Having to hire an Attorney is not always for a reason that you want to deal with but I must say Attorney Popielarz made it a seamless process. Would highly recommend him!

Oh please don't go to him. . You'll do wish you hadn't when everything done and fallen thru. He is such an a** I couldn't almost believe it when I was there. Then he dropped me 2 says before I had a hearing. .yeah..
