I contacted Matthew Frey in August of 2019. We were desperate at that point. My husband had cancer & had a stroke. The medical bills were taking over our lives and the usual monthly bills were out of control. Consumer Energy shut off our electricity, even tho my husband was on an oxygen machine. I got a traffic ticket that I didn't feel I should have received. I was planning on hiring an attorney to represent me. I received several letters from attorney's in the mail after receiving ticket. I'm usually skeptical when it comes to junk mail. I contacted this attorney because i looked at his reviews and he was in Saginaw. Im completely disappointed in this attorney and will not refer or hire in the future. After speaking with office clerk and making payment there was no communication from the attorney or the courts. I received a letter from him that states i agreed to a ticket with fines owing. I wouldn't have agreed to this. At the end of letter states, receipt of this letter constitutes end of our attorney client relationship. How can you end a relationship you never had. Should have went with my gut and hired a different attorney. Ive had better relationships with attorneys but not originally from the area. So i guess thats what i get.
