After going through several law firms to represent my medical malpractice case for a botched eye surgery, I finally came across Mastromarco Law firm. Kevin Kelly was very good and thorough it took time to evaluate my case to see if we could move forward, but they were diligent to see it to the end. Unfortunately one of their affiliate sister firm declined to move forward on the case.

What I did learn is that it seems difficult to sue a doctor for wrong doing, Most law firms represent doctors in civil matters against the public, so it's not to an attorneys best interest to sue a doctor unless it''s air tight and class action stature. Medical malpratice cases are not as lucrative, and second, they are not suing large insurance carriers like in personal injury cases.

Unless you feel that you have a really good malpractice case, pursue it. Otherwise file a complaint with LARA and call it a day, less frustration, and you may get better outcomes.

Even though every case is different he makes you feel as though you are the center of his work. He cares just as much about you as he does about your case. Because of the central location of his firm, he is known, feared, and respected in many jurisdictions. Put him to work for you. He is a relentless pursuer of justice on your behalf.

Decided to give this place a try since one of the attorneys was listed by the Michigan bar association as experienced in disability law. Paid their consultation fee of $300.00. Talked to someone else there, since said lawyer was in court, who said they could absolutely do what I wanted, which was simply to write a letter to a condo association board that was ignorant of the law regarding emotional support animals. Two days later they say they can’t do it, that their firm doesn’t do that kind of thing. No offer of a refund, since of course a lawyers time is worth money, but yours is not.

Excellent lawyer, very smart and always well prepared. Honestly, I was very impressed and happy with the results. I learned to trust his judgment, he could easily predict the other party’s response.

Guys a scam, has his little worker take your money regardless if you have a case. Then doesn't give it back! If you stick up for yourself he threatens you with court. This guy made his money stealing from the poor. If you know his history his son can get away with anything as well!
