I decided to make an offer to purchase a vacation home in Blue Mountain Lake and was up against the clock with other bidders. I'm not from the area but I wanted a local attorney and I found Mr. Roelsvig online. He went above and beyond to help me out by being flexible, working my services into a very busy day he already had, and then working late hours to prepare my contract. I didn't win the bid, but I know where I'll go if I need legal services in Central ADK again.
