Unfortunately, the internet is both helpful and hurtful to small businesses. Anyone can post a negative comment even if they did not actually have an appointment with a professional. (In fact, it is possible for someone who was the opposing side to post a negative comment.) I personally treat everyone with respect and for an extremely low consult fee provide helpful information to allow people to decide whether or not they wish to hire me. Most prospective clients indicate they feel better after they have seen me.

She was rude. Didn’t even introduce herself when she entered the room. Didn’t seem interested in helping. Then when our consult was over just picked up her stuff & walked out. Didn’t make eye contact when we left either. Total waste of $50.00.
