FELONY CHARGES, CRYING VICTIM AND ONE SIDED POLICE REPORT - I was faced with all 3 and with no hope. Luke immediately called me on a late Friday afternoon. Luke was awesome. I received an oui charge in December after I was in a single car accident. I was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, considered an aggravating factor meaning if convicted I would’ve had a minimum two day jail sentence. Luke worked seamlessly, and was able to file a speeding ticket I received while waiting for my court date. Thanks to Luke the leaving the scene was dropped, and I was charged the minimum fine. I had to plead guilty to the oui but all things considered I’m happy with the result. Luke’s rates are beyond reasonable (I contacted another lawyer who quoted more than double Luke’s rate) and the results are excellent in light of the situation. The only possible to negative I can say is he can be difficult to get in touch with at times, but he gets results nonetheless. I have already recommended Luke to one friend, and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

I hired Luke because of the great reviews knowing he was an hour and a half away and it would cost some money.That being said.....the price was definitely fair and I just let him do his thing. I got updates from his paralegal when needed and the end result was......a differed disposition on both of my charges, one of them being a felony driving charge, to no conviction on anything and retained my license!! I live in North Carolina on my way home I was pulled over and was told I was doing 85 in a 70 mph zone. I told the officer I was not doing 85 he said take it up with the judge. I hired attorney Rioux and explain to him what happened that I was only doing 78 to 79 mph, he handled the case for me did a excellent job. I did not get charged with the ticket.
