These guys are the best! When I had a surgery that left me permanently deaf and with facial problems, everyone told me that I wouldn't have a case against the dr due to the agreement I signed before the surgery. But I decided to try anyways.
Berman and Simmons willing listen to what I had to say and decided to look into things. The wonderful Dov Sacks was assigned as my lawyer, and when they said I had a case he went out of his way to make things go as easy for me as he could. Never was I left out of the loop, and never was I made to feel like this was pointless.
Thanks to hard work of his team I won my case and my family and I have the closure we need for what was a really horrible experience. Cant thank them enough.
