One of conservator, Tom Larimer’s clent live in my adult foster home. He is not making payments for her rent (without reason), pushing me to charge her the hefty late fees as laid out in our contract. These fees should not come out of her pocket but out of his!! It is no fault of hers that he is not doing his job as a conservator. It has been made clear to me that her funds are available. He is just not doing his job. She needs an advocate. It’s disgraceful.
