Jon Weiner defended my son who has dealt with major mental health issue. Jon took time to go over all the facts in the case to ensure we were aware at all times of what was going on. Jon also seemed outside sources to have my son evaluated to ensure he would get a fair trial. Over the course of the case Jon met with me and my son on many occasions which for us continued our faith in his abilities as a lawyer. In the end Jon was able to get the best possible solution for my son and because of Jon’s dedication my son is now receiving the mental health care he needs in order to survive in today’s society. My family is grateful to all Jon Weiner has done for us and I am very happy with the outcome.
This lawyer just took my money over charged me and having a strong case he totally was lazy as can be he dance around excuse after excuse know i was innocent he got a judge and made me plea to something i didnt do. having all the evidence to prove my innocence he coerce me to plea. with evidence that could set me free this lawyer works the DA and trades you like baseball cards he does care if your innocent or not if you plea he still wins so if hire this attorney be ready to go to prison who cares if your innocent hes going to get paid his mean while DOES NOT CARE .he ruined my life .everyone who fired him got better outcome on there case

My entire experience with everyone I worked at Law Office of Jon Weiner was everything that I expected. My initial consultation with Jon himself, everything in the long process of a suit couldn’t have been handled better by Hilda and My attorney Sharia. I would absolutely recommend them. The law office of Jon Weiner and the associate Catherine Tottermen criminal case attorney and Kim Davis employment attorney. I had hired Kim Davis in a employment attorney that I hired earlier this year I have a very strong case at first she was on top of it. Then things started turning for the worse in May of this year she was to do the paper work in to request a hearing on 4 counts. I had not heard from her in a while so I emailed her in November but she would not respond so a week later I resent the , 3 weeks later still nothing from her. I called the office I asked to speak to Kim I was told she was out so I left a message asking her to call me back a few days later I called again and was told she was out so I left another message asking her to please call me still no calls or emails I called again yesterday when I asked to speak to Kim the rude and disrespectful receptionist had informed me that they had try to contact me in October by mail and the mail was return and I never returned any phone calls which is all lies. Today I finally got to talk to Kim and she then informed me she never filled the paperwork as she told me she did and that I had gone past the one year mark on my case. I said that not true because it happen in February 2017 she then said that my case was closed out and she would talk to Jon Weiner ab out it and let me no. my case had been closed out and I was never notified and now I have 2.5 months to find a new attorney and get the case filed or I will lose a lot money from this.. Catharine Tottermen not even a attorney she can do court cases. she works for the DA office I was appointed by the courts she is the most heartless person I never meet she has done everything she could to destroy me . She got mad at me because I would not take a plead for something I did not do. every time I talk to her it turned in to argument and she refused to do any work for me. I did a lot of research and talked to other attorneys who all said my case should of been dropped before even going to court but she would not put in any motions or anything I was looking at possible prison unless I taking the plead which I would not do because I am innocent. would not talk to witness or anybody. I got word from a fill in attorney they were thinking of dropping my charges because they have no evidence but Friday Catharine called me and very rudely said they are not dropping the charges and starts laughing at me I asked her what was she laughing at that this is not funny this is serious. she said I'm not laughing at you then said are you ready to take the plead I said no as I was crying I told her again I'm not guilty, she then said yes you are guilty take the plead, then said you had some questions I said not for you. on Monday I meet with her and fired her and got a new attorney. She also went and told Kim Davis about my charges which has nothing to do with the criminal charges. She no longer works at Jon Weiner office she now working for another attorney here in Salem Please stay away from these so called attorneys who will do nothing for you they are the rudest lazy people who suppose to work for you but works for the DA office I now got a good attorney for the criminal case but the employment case I am looking for a new attorney ..

I wish I didn't have to do this, but I feel potential clients should be warned about Jon Weiner before taking their cases to him. Mr. Weiner takes a volume approach to his clients. He takes on cases, puts in minimal effort, and basically leaves settlement to chance. He ended up costing me a lot of money, despite the strong case I brought to him. I very much regretted bringing my case to Mr. Weiner, after 3 other attorneys had gladly offered to take it due to the strong evidence in my favor. I am a lawyer by training, so I know what quality legal work looks like. In Mr. Weiner's representation, he did little more than churn out a handful of poorly-written letters to the other side. Inexplicably, early on in my case he refused to raise certain strong arguments in my favor, seemingly out of no other motive than laziness. While he later raised some of these arguments (in the form of written work product so poor I rewrote it for him, including basic things like transition sentences, which he then edited out without explanation), the delay weakened my position by pushing us up against the statute of limitations deadline. As the statute of limitations deadline approached, Mr. Weiner flat out refused to file a complaint, which would have strengthened my bargaining position and tolled the statute of limitations. He simply didn't want to make the effort.
All the while Mr. Weiner was putting forth minimal effort on my case, he was consistently rude and condescending (in emails, because after I agreed to give him my case, I never again got the chance to speak with him on the phone). The guy represents the worst of the legal profession. No care for his clients, just an eye on making a buck with minimal effort. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
